Commerce last weekend. there's one table of 20-40 nitty as hell, only time i played it was the next day 6-handed with Laak, three good pros and one guy i didn't know, played 4 hands, Laak left talking on the phone, another dude left, game breaks. nice. later these wild 10-20 games are running right and left and half the good players in the building are sitting at one 20-40 table. hey knock yourselves out.

10-20, 7-handed. guy with 700-ish raises to 140 in front of me. i call on button with AA with two aggro blinds behind me, have table covered except one guy not in hand. big blind, ebolivia, makes a follow-through comment about only raising white boys (from a prior and funny discussion), raises $400. first raiser goes all-in for $640. gin. i make it $1440 and ebolivia pushes for $3500 more. $10,600 pot. he had kings. flop king. i just smiled, winning sixth street. was pretty stoked to get ebolivia, who can def. play live, all-in there for 250bb preflop. freak hand really.

in next two hours made two big river bluffs OOP where only way they could call me was if they hit their nearly-random kickers to go with their obvious aces. both hit. both called. same day i laid down JT on a J73->T twotone board after making a strong raise on flop with JT and getting called in two spots - for like 1/3 the pot. guy had promised to show if i folded. he didn't show. he had it though.

still won decent that day. one hand felson saw but didn't know my hole cards til i showed: AA i raised to $110, button calls. hu. he's a loose caller and tight better, really relaxed guy, been playing for 1.5 hours, had a beer and a massage, is like 10x happier than the rest of the Commerce. flop KK5. check he bets $200 i call. turn 5 putting two flush draws up. check he bets $200 i call. river a 7 no flush. check he pushes for $430. still totally relaxed looks like he just fell off a surfboard onto Hayden Panetierre. call. he had AQ. felson starts clapping and the whole table cheered and happy guy never stopped his smiling or his relaxed just tapped the felt and left.
