Re: I hold AA, flop quads and never put in a raise
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Another 3 racks gone. This is getting disgusting. I know I dont play very regularly with alot of regular posters here, but if anyone has noticed a leak I would really appreciate some help. I have tightened up considerably (aside from some tilty ep raises), but I really dont what other adjustments I can make. [/ QUOTE ] if you wanna pm me some hands, ill comment on them for you. [/ QUOTE ] Thanks Bob. Ill send a couple today. |

Re: I hold AA, flop quads and never put in a raise
[ QUOTE ]
isnt danny a low variance, moderate winner in the 40 game? although i never play the game, i look around the table to check out the big stacks, i'm surprised to pretty much never see a big stack in front of him.... i never see a big stack in front of asian dave for that matter either, but u guys think he's good... on the other hand, i think zaf is the most tight-passive of the bunch, but he shows up w/ a big stack pretty regularly... soo, is danny just so tight that no one ever pays him off? [/ QUOTE ] Not going to go into too much detail here about his game/leaks. I can talk to you about this sometime when I see you. I think his preflop selectiveness when not on tilt may make him a slight winner when the games are very good. However, I don't know if mike, howmany, or I have seen him book a win for many moons. He tends to short buy a lot even at the beginning of the game so I wouldn't pay too much attention to stack size. Almost all the decent players I know buy in for at least 2 racks in 4/8 chip game but he never does. |

Re: I hold AA, flop quads and never put in a raise
It's hard to notice when he wins because he has an expert system where when he's losing he will dump off 5 racks but he'll set a stop-win of like 2 stacks or something before he'll just leave.
Also here is my favorite hand I've played with Crazy Mike so far. This one happened last night. I raise button with 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Flop JK6 1 diamond and he c/c Turn 3 and I forget what my hand is so I do what I would do even if I knew what I had and bet. River 3 he c/c again, I start to say "I think I have 45" while turning over my hand. I have 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] |

[ QUOTE ] Solid raises UTG, MP weak-tight cold-calls, I cold-call with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] otb, blinds fold. Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Bingo. UTG bets, MP calls, I raise, UTG folds, MP 3's it, I 4, he 5's... ah chit, he's freerolling me. I got no diamonds, I call. Turn is 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], he bets, I say "pair the board" and call. River is 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Crap. He bets, as I call I say, "I hope we're chopping." He says, "nope" and rolls AA. Ship it. [/ QUOTE ] WTF is wrong with you. You need to go at least 4 bets on this turn until you conclude he has the exact same hand as you and is freerolling. One bet is not enough. Please grow some balls. I am a sad panda at how this hand played out. [/ QUOTE ] I know, I suck. I've never seen this guy go 5 bets without the nuts, but the turn non-diamond should definitely at least been raised. |

PS- When did this thread turn into everyone's personal blogs??? I hate that part. I don't care how your every session went. Make it interesting boys... |
