Edit: Had seen villain make a few stupid bets with 99 on xJxT board earlier but they were pretty small, 1/4 - 1/3 pot.

if river is a brick and he fires again, for logistics stake let's say he has the same hand regardless of bet size, he fires 2/3 pot, what do we do ?
