It's interesting that the support guy claimed he was reading all the forums about it. That would make it likely he is reading this right now. He should speak up and defend/reject that conversation.

I think the authenticity of this transcript is extremely questionable on several counts. Or, as they say over here in the UK; 'complete b*llocks'. EDIT: I don't think it's being done to a script, but there is no way that is a genuine, unprepared conversation as it is being presented. We always thought this would happen and it has. No hand histories, no exoneration.
