Apparently some higher-ups in the Phillies organization think very very highly of Bourn, that he's a potential future star
Could just be PR stuff to cover up if they get cheap with Rowand in the offseason

Of course the source is not exactly unbiased so I'm left with no real way of determining his potential. Floyd is their only highly touted prospect that I can remember flopping recently, one hopes they're right again.

Bourne has all the tools besides hit for power. People say he's got a strong arm, but I have yet to see it in action, so who knows?
