Tampering with a few specific areas of the field to make injuries more likely for the opposing team.

Concealing some kind of weapon within equipment to be used against opposing players.

Drugging the water of opposing players to make them slow/lethargic.

Giving your players adreneline shots, pcp, etc. before games.

Instructing unimportant players to attempt to injure the opposing team's star player through repeated late hits to head and knees.

Stealing playbooks.

Causing trouble for opposing teams star players off the field (i.e tampering with the results of their drug tests, paying some random lowlife to plant a bag of coke in their pocket and then start a barfight with them, having friendly local cops arrest them for trumped charges)
