Just got an email and MAPA3M_ had his disconnect protect taken away. I am impressed at the speed at which this happened.

We all lost a lot of money over the last year.

After that, I'm not sure how it works. E.g. when taking money to/from a table, I'm not sure if you get hit with a conversion rate or whether it is the same rate in/out.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, the USD index fell a whopping 3.5% last year. Try not to confuse the EUR rising necessarily with the USD falling a lot, it depends which currency pair you mean or the broad index.

[/ QUOTE ]

uh ok pedant, whatever. Stop being belittling in a vain attempt to prove your superior knowledge.

I don't profess to know anything about the currency markets. All I know is that the USD is worth less GBP than it was, and that affects me when all my money is stored as USD

In fact, the point of my post was to garner opinions about what currency I should store my bankroll in (because I know nothing about this). If you know something this kinda stuff and then join in the discussion out of the blue, then at least say something constructive please.

Unless you play very high stakes you shouldn't keep such a large amount in a non interest bearing account that currency fluctuations really affect you all that much. I'm also assuming changing your account currency is supposed to be a long time "investment" and in the currency market those are pretty meaningless. It all evens out over time.

What are peoples thoughts on Unpossiblational? Seems pretty decent to me and it always feels like I run bad when he's around... Don't seem to get past the flop vs him much though because we are both so aggro so I can't tell how good he is.
