YES. Your tax statements can't be used against you in a court of law. You can say your a drug dealer and pay your taxes and the gov can't use it against you. It might however cause them to investigate you.

It's been discussed numerous times, but what do you expect when you got a guy like Mark, and all he knows is video games/dungeons and dragons his entire junior high and high school life greasy hair and all. On the other hand lets compare how this story would play out for guys with some street smarts. Lets take Gigabet, or even Daniel N., guys who grew up in the streets from their own accounts. These guys were out hustling in their teenage years. Far away from their mom and dads family room playing Nintendo. Im not sure if Gigabet is a good example because I think even a Brandi would be scared to approach that scarey looking dude, lol. But what im trying to get at is these type of guys are not going to be [censored] morons like a Nizzle. I agree this story is a good cautionary tale for all up-and-coming poker nerd soon-to-be super-successes. Don't really know how Gig or Daniel grew up, but I'd say the Takeover is a good example of someone who acheived success early but knows how to regulate because of street smarts.
