wtf at 200nl?

i crush 100NL with my eyes closed but every time i decide to "permanently" move up i get raped... and i feel like im playing the exact same game. anyone else have ethis problem? here is sept, about a normal month for me lately:

a little bit of that swonginess in the first few hundred hands may have been drunken tiltng, but dammit this happens every month

[/ QUOTE ]

i remember thinking about this cos theres a dude i remember from back in teh day, and he's still playing 0.5/1 o r1/2 (and crushing i think). he killed those games rediculously, but couldnt move up. i'd see him at the higher games for a few days, then back playing 8 tables of nl100 for the next couple of weeks.
I think it's cos his mindset was so focussed on NL100 that he was tuned into playing it a certain style that guranteed x amount. anyway i eventually moved up, and a couple of months later i was chasing a bbj (obv) and he was still there playing those games.

may be variance or it may be because ure still in robot mode

thats the thing. i know i used to be on of those robot tags stuck at ssnl. i would win consistenly but only like 4bb/100 every month. so i changed my game up, emulating some of the stronger more aggro players i saw playing higher stakes, and my winrate skyrocketed - at 100nl. im not sure what adjustments im failing to make at 200nl. frustrating!
