if you left your wallet on the street and i find it and take it is it stealing? If you give me your atm card and give me your pin code is it stealing?

[/ QUOTE ]

1) Yes, stupid

2) If I gave you my pin code to take out $200 and you took $2000 without my permission, over and over again, then yes than would be stealing.

You don't try to hard; you're just a [censored] moran

Ya know Brandi, for as much as you tell us all how concerned you are about your reputation and how much you've tried to get your rep back and be respected, you don't do the ONE thing that would almost get it back for you immediately.

PAY WHIZZLE BACK YOU DEADBEAT.

This should of course be no problem for you, considering all the money you blow on personal trainers, clothes, and everything else. I mean, you turn nothing into $200k in a month right?

Could someone else check to see if they can find all the "where is brandi threads?" I looked over the last month and besides the one written by her "assistant" on her account I only found one thread mentioning her in the title which was locked. Just from a quick search it appears as if she had started to fall off the radar, been replaced by jennicide playboy buzz and made the deliberate decision to start a thread about herself and then post within this all to reclaim her attention. keep getting those google hits brandi, you're close to catching a girl known for webcaming a her ass and a mediocre porn star.

This post could have simply been written "look at me, look at me I'm so glamorous and so picked on, please please feel sorry for me". I think its great that you couldn't help but include the descriptions of west hollywood personal trainer instead of just working out, and lingerie instead of just shopping. Now complain more about how you're misunderstood.

Brandi, people who don't have time to post their lives on message boards generally don't. But I'm not sure why you would stop since it appears to be a significant source of your "celebrity"

what the hell are you talking about

if i give someone my account (for WHATEVER reason) and say "you can play $10SNGs with $200 in the acct" and he instead plays $10K sngs and loses 50K, he STOLE the amount in excess to what i allowed him

same is true for like an ATM card. if i give you permission to withdraw $20, and you withdraw $500, you STOLE $480. STOLE. ILLEGAL. NOT LEGAL.

hey brandi

shouldnt you pay people back when you take money from them? i mean thats a general truth in life. i dont care whether you're a hot woman or a fat ugly man the rule still applies. you're just lucky mark doesnt have mafia connections, they'd kill you for 1K let alone whatever you took from him

My darling metsandfinsfan,

If I may just ask you one question as a follow up to the above rhetorical questions.

If I gave you my pin number and had you withdraw money, then I would say no, it's not stealing.

HOWEVER

What if you CHANGED my pin number? What possible positive spin can you put to doing that?

Pray tell, Mr. Defend-Brandi-To-My-Death.

THAT'S what really disturbed me, not that she played with permission but lost more than she should of but that she actually changed his password. That constitutes FRAUD and THEFT in my book, what about in your book??

(I am currently reading 3 books: F. Scott Fitzgerald's Tender Is the Night, The Witch of Portobello by Paulo Coelho, and 5 Factor Diet).

brandi,

i just finished 'tender is the night' and i'd be interested in discussing it with you, if you're willing. i was fascinated by the rosemary character. i think we could both benefit from an indepth character study.

very truly yours,

i agree the changing the pin number thing was 100% wrong if true and i dont think she denied it. so no i dont really have any good defense for that if she did that.

assuming she did, she was scared he would be mad at her (ldo) so she changed it. i guess she gave him the new password the next day though? i dont recall. but yeah she was obv scared cause she knew he would be upset that she lost his monies

again i think she should pay back at least some of it. i just dont think she is legally bound to
