Hello everyone, I'm new to these forums. I thought I would post my biggest loss ever, it is quite an amusing story. Needless to say, it was not amusing at the time. I got very drunk at Cafe de Paris in London, and the next thing I remember is playing 200-400 on ladbrokes against Lagerborg, and I realise I'm down 20k, having no idea how it happened. I keep playing for another half an hour or something and bust the rest, 40k in total. Go to sleep, wake up hung over and bust...

that was 400/800--only 12.5 big bets. Kinda hard to step up.

i bought in for 1 rack and willing to rebuy for 1 more. but the game just became too crazy for me and i had to cut my losses.

the next biggest loss was 4k at 40-80

Went up 55k playing HU 10/20 PLO then dropped 35k like 2 days later playing a terribly-planned 1 to 5 in the morning drunk-fest session. Hard to fall asleep after that one..

Yeah.... the worst feeling in poker: Lying awake in bed, heart still beating from the adrenaline, feeling naueseous as your drunkeness shifts to hangover, with the sunrising over a new day.
