There are two or three teams that didn't have any African-American players this year.

it's pretty hard to argue that alex rodriguez isn't the most overrated player in baseball history. he is the ultimate rally killer. completely incapable of manufacturing runs. all he can do is hit home runs. but what does that mean when he gets on first base and can't help his team anymore?

if he makes more money than hunter this offseason, something is seriously wrong with major league baseball.

[/ QUOTE ]

Even worse. David Eckstein is on the verge of being out of baseball, while GM's fall over themselves to court this clown. And Eckstein has two rings, A-Rod none! If A-Rod would stop clogging the bases maybe he'd be as good a team-mate as the little dynamo Eckstein!

i read the article... it's really pretty bad...altho i agree with the angels being #1

i truly believe that Arod will want to play somewhere where he can hit alot of homeruns, thus avoiding LA and SF... and houston doesn't even wanna pay pettite and clemens to come back and make one last run....then they're gonna sign AROD PAAAALEEEEZZZZZ

Read an article!!?? lol

I saw it earlier and I do think his reasoning is pretty good for the most part. The only problem is that no one knows whats going on in Arod's mind and that is what will ultimately decide this.

You're making an assumption about A-Rod's interests that you have no basis of support, though. Even if we take your opinion on A-Rod's motivations, would you really move SF/LAD out of the top 10?

Instead of just writing off Nate's work, why don't you post what your top 10 would look like (or man up and post all 30)?
