i think alot of it would depend on the characteristics of the good players.
for example i'm sure no one would argue with gabe thaler being in the top 50 however i dont mind playing in the same game with him because he isn't extremely aggressive or tricky so he won't make my life miserable.
however if the players are super aggro and will be constantly reraising you preflop in position, and floating a ton that is a whole diff story.

also for the original question i would say that if one dude was a loser at 10nl and the others were the best 50nl players i would play easy
