Re: any Big Brother fans out there?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] On the live feeds late last night, Amber and Jameka were telling Eric that they believe that Jen has the hots for him. And they really believe it! Maybe the 27 year old virgin might finally get some action. [/ QUOTE ] It really has to be a matter of time before someone gets some. I really don't understand how you can put 14 good looking/hot houseguests locked up for 3 months without any sexytime happening eventually. [/ QUOTE ] So, Jen should settle for Eric. I don't think so. [/ QUOTE ] 3 months is a looong time. You just might get desperate enough. Weirder things have happened. |

Integrity of the game? that's utterly laughable It's a reality tv show! let them interfere as long as it makes for better tv. who cares about the integrity of the game. [/ QUOTE ] This is an ignorant post. Reality shows are governed by stricter standards and practices than anything. The game show rules are pored over by our legal department (where cheating is taken as seriously as it would be on Jeopardy, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, etc.) and if you had any idea what kind of background checks and psychological profiling goes into casting these shows, you wouldn't so flippant and smug about dismissing the importance of rules and consistency. Just because they're melodramatic and loaded with idiots doesn't mean the production behind them isn't fully dedicate to the integrity of the concept. |

Re: any Big Brother fans out there?
looks like Eric is working on it at this point (from Joker updates)
Eric tells Jess that he got his pitch from ED. (long) - SouthernBelladonna He said they should consider all possibilities. He says he told ED that ED was going home five to one right now...and that he cussed him out a bit...he re-telling it a bit differently than it happened, but is telling most of it as it happened. Says (conveying what ED said) they should align with stronger people, not weaker people like Amber and Jam...that the deal is not one week, but to the end...Eric doesn't like ED's suggestion of going after Jen...Dustin the liar would be gone, Amber would whine, Jam can't go after you....sometimes you make strategic moves...the 4 of us could kill everyone. Eric says he questioned why he should trust ED and that ED told him that this time there would be no point in going after Eric...that ED has nothing to lose at this point. Repeating that ED wants to go to the final 4 with Jess and Eric...Eric says he doesn't see that happening no matter what. Tells Jess that ED said Zach's preference would be for Dustin to go. Jess says that's funny because Zach said he didn't tell anyone about their talk. Eric says if he doesn't want to go after Jen, but to go after Amber if they did this. Eric asks her if she thinks it's something worth considering. Jess says she will consider it. She says she is uncomfortable with it because she really doesn't trust D&D, but she doesn't trust Dustin either. Eric agrees. Eric says there is some logic to the plan. Eric says that there's a good chance that if Dustin stays, he will go after them (Jess/Eric). |

They think they can get to the final 5 with the LNC and crush the other 3 in challenges since Dustin is the only one who has done anything in them. Seemed like the most logical plan to me for Jess. Eric better hope that Zach and Jenn vote to evict Dick so it's 4-2 and he can blame the second vote for Dustin on one of them. Also, one thing to keep an eye on are the clues that were given today. It's quite possible the 1,2, or no one gets evicted tomorrow. It seems like there's going to be a twist that shakes things up. The words "a snitch in time saves 9" could mean no one goes home. But then there's "3 can keep a secret if 2 of them are dead." Not sure what that means either. |

Re: any Big Brother fans out there?
Can someone explain HoH when they get down to 5? Since you can't vote, it seems like it would be better to NOT be HoH, right?
I don't get the whole "keep Dick" thing for Eric and Jess simply because they're outnumbered. Unless Jess can make Zach her pawn (which turns Zach into Eric's pawn), they're outnumbered, aren't they? At worst, it's 3-3 (Daniele, Dick, and Jen) if they vote out Dustin, Amber, and Jameka in the next three weeks. To me, it seems like the best play for Eric would be to boot Dick now, throw the HoH next week, and use the remaining cast members to boot Dustin, them Amber, then Jameka. That would leave Daniele, Eric, Jess, Zach, and Jen, and Jess could convince Zach to side with them. |

Re: any Big Brother fans out there?
Dunno what you want explained. If there is a tie (@ 5 ppl left w/ 2 ppl voting) then the HOH breaks tie. @ five ppl left that HOH would NOT get to compete for HOH when it got down to 4, so a case can be made for throwing that one. Especially since @ 4 ppl left you get to compete again @ 3ppl left if you were HOH @ the 4.
Everything that happened on the feeds earlier has something to do w/ the upcoming HOH IMO. Not quite time for a double eviction or some other kinda shake-up. |

Obviously, you're safe, but since you don't get a vote, the members of your alliance are in trouble. |
