The most honest answer at the moment, is that no one can give you an answer... other than to say that your money is safe and you will get it back, at some point.

So, I have 3k in Neteller.

What's your advice to me?:

1) Request an EFT. Possibly/Probably get it bounced back by the bank.

2) Request a check.

3) Do nothing and leave the money there

4) Any other options that I'm missing?

I think the answer at the moment, is to sit tight and wait it out!

I'm open to being swayed that some other option is the right move, at this point...

This really is quite ridiculous. I am sure that someone oould put together litigation that would insure we earn interest on our "in limbo money". They are DEFINITELY making money on all of this money in limbo while they figure out what they are officially going to do. I withdrew $45k before this nightmare so I am one of the lucky ones to only have like $700 in limbo. If I had a dime more then $10k I would of flown to Neteller headquarters and been causing a huge scene.

Regardless of the outcome of all of our monies, they are done.
