He never posted the first message, the message that starts with so what is a response to his message, which was response to my message which I want him to post.

Anyways I am done with this, If you want to call me call me, if not I don't give a [censored]. I said I will pay people back and I will, I don't know what any business is it of yours to begin with, there so many scammers here who got people for a lot more than 3k and just disappeared, I don't see anyone talking about them, And I did stick around and am paying people back, and that is why you r going off on me.

How about this. Dont post in this thread or PM anyone with "offers" till you are done paying back every single person you owe. I wont post either then. As long as you aren't here trying to scam more people then I am content.

I am not trying to scam anyone, I did post and made $ 15 transfer with someone, than I post about people not using paypal for transfers.

Chicken it is true for some cards not all of them, if you have a debit card from your checking account some banks let you come in to the branch and get a new card right away, but all the credit cards will mail a new one out which will take few weeks to arrive usually, obv. it can take faster. Also how do they let you keep the same card if you file disputes, they don't they cacel the old one and send a new one out, otherwise they won't let you file disputes, Of course I am not sure about all the banks and cards but that is what I know from the ones I have
