Seems like a concept designed for beginner players. Most of this should be pretty instinctual to a good player.

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed, it's just in new words and new lingo.

wtf at 200nl?

i crush 100NL with my eyes closed but every time i decide to "permanently" move up i get raped... and i feel like im playing the exact same game. anyone else have ethis problem? here is sept, about a normal month for me lately:

a little bit of that swonginess in the first few hundred hands may have been drunken tiltng, but dammit this happens every month

cs3 - yeah I raped 100NL hard before 200NL, but 200NL was a [censored] bitch to get into - only got in properly on my 3rd attempt and had 2 $2k downswings in my first 2 attempts.

Its always good to hear things like this from established players I respect. I have had some problems at 1/2 as well. I know I have the ability to beat it and in some ways I find it to be easier than .5/1.

I believe the more aggro style at 1/2 tends to tilt me very easily and this aggresion also increases my losses due to tilt. The fact of the matter is that the players at 100NL are a joke and at 1/2 you actually find people who can play.

Yeah, but there are a lot more TAGfish who are still profitable to play against, but not as much as the 100NL fish and TAGfish.

That is a really big over shove on the flop. I think you leave value on the table with a bet that large? What calls you here?
