Hey - does anyone c/r the flop with flush draws routinely? How's it work out for you? If I'm gonna get aggro with a 4flush on the flop I tend to just lead, but I've been thinking about trying the c/r bit - thoughts?

fish, sure, as long as your willing to call a shove with it, otherwise your basiaclly destroying the fact that you have a flush draw. I almost never c/c with a flush draw though, sooo, whateva . and 9 outs is a lot ^^

Dear SSNL cheese thread.

I don't play on Party Poker although I could because I live in Iceland. Am I crazy?

Thanks,
Wolfram

ps. I play on ftp and [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] the RB. Is the Party edge really bigger than 27% RB?

I don't tend to end up with flush draws OOP and w/o the initiative much. If I have the initiative I just lead, but leading w/o the initiative isn't really part of my game in HU pots, so I won't do it with flush draws either. If I do have a flush draw OOP vs. the PFR, I check-raise them a fair amount. I'd be less inclined to do so if I've gotten into a battle with that villain before, and it also depends on how likely it is the flop hit the villain.

I check-raise with air quite a bit too, with some pretty good results.

I still think you made some amazing improvement in your game though, a couple of months ago we were at the same level, and you were still on a budget/searching for a room :P.

Heh. I guess. I think I could be at 400NL if I really applied myself. I don't really have the drive to become the best, tho. Too many other good things in life.
