I thought this was a very entertaining episode. As for Mystery, he seems charismatic and classy enough. He understands human nature and keeps a steady frame. The best PUAs seem to have this inherent ability to know when to act a certain way at proper moments.

Pradeep is such a joke, probably everyone has met a guy like this at some point in their lives. I like Joe D and Joe W because they both seem to 'get it' at this point, the rest don't have the inherent natural abilities to do much IMO.

'Kosmo' seems like a complete moron who lives in a distorted perception of reality, and while the nerdy kid Scott really does try hard, but unless he adopts a huge personality change at some point he doesn't have a shot either. Brady could make a comeback but he came across as a huge p*ssy in this episode.

Mystery (and I guess the PUA thing in general) is definitely coming off better than I expected. And the idea that he doesn't seem to have any charisma? I couldn't disagree more. (I don't feel the same about his "wingmen". They seem closer to the stereotype that I expected.)

I'm enjoying this show much more than I thought I would.

Yeah, I definitely thought Mystery would be a huge douche, but he seems like a chill dude. J-Dog (oh god) does not though, and the Matador (oh god), is in between, closer to J-Dog. The whole thing is that I expected Mystery to act like an [censored] to the guys on the show, but he doesn't treat them badly just cause they don't have any game or whatever. I guess what I'm saying is that it seems like he wants to genuinely help these guys.

Fat guy wins it all.

I'm gonna watch the first 2 episodes tonight, pretty excited.

There's been 3 episodes so far right?

I agree on both counts.

Not sure what you mean here. I think he has all the skills to be the best of the bunch, he just needs some damn confidence.

Don't get me wrong, Mystery is not coming across as bad...he seems sincere and respectful and genuinely wants to help these guys...he just has a zero personality ON SCREEN. Whether or not he's not yet comfortable in front of the camera, I don't know...but he's boring me to tears.
And that stupid private lesson with Pradeep when he did that silly hand trick was just embarrasing.

One thing that no one has seemed to mention is that Mystery,.... This tag-line feeds his image and his ego.

Do you really think mystery is a better at nailing chicks than Sinatra or Tommy Lee in their primes?

[/ QUOTE ]

So if Mystery is not >>>> Sinatra in his prime, it doesn't work? Huh. What's the difference?
[ QUOTE ]

think there is no other way to pick up chicks if you dont do what mystery says.

[/ QUOTE ]

Not at all, you keep asserting random things that make no sense. They probably think that they, themselves, have been 100% incapable to date, so this is the best path for *them*.

Dom, lots of talented and charismatic people freeze up or act a little stilted in front of the camera...you should know!

In the last episode after he started break dancing (against the PUAs advice), he went on camera and started bragging about how the ladies were LOVING it, and he was so cool out there. He was also ridiculously unimpressive in this episode, "am I funny?" etc, lowering his value to the ladies. Again he went on camera saying that he was doing GREAT with the girls, but made some mistakes.

He's got charisma enough, but seems too dumb to put it together. Maybe you're seeing something I'm not. A lot of these guys seem to be unable to break their personality traits.

Also, I think Mystery could be doing a better job of teaching. There should be more 'day game', where guys go out into the public when girls won't be so threatened and they won't be so nervous. I did like the bit with the story telling to little girls, but it really doesn't do as much as actually talking to grown women. Even going to a bingo parlor and talking to old ladies is a good idea.
