Maybe CTS felt that $20 was a fair price for you to pay for forcing him to pay attention to a stupid "flip" request when he's focused in the middle of a multi-tabling session. If he's too focused on playing to pay attention to your chat on that table, why the f would you bother him like that? That's f'ing annoying.
