You don't just blindly trust ANYONE in these things unless you have NO CHOICE (like, a good poster who is usually good at weeding out wolves and you have to go runner-runner to win, or close to, and your seer is dead).

This clearly was not the case here, you never even questioned any of Calm's actions, just blindly following along. It's very bad to do that. You just get suckered in. I've played many times with wdc for instance and although I was pretty sure he was a villager in this one, I never went with him 100%. It's all about being open to exploitation.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree with this, but I'm hurt that people are accusing me of ridiculous wolf tendencies at the end when I'm just playing to beat the people who are still alive rather than fool the dead ones. You kill the experienced people early for a reason.

I didn't trust him blindly, I had a "read" from some early ongoings. Obviously I was wrong. But THANKS, I'll try to do better next time.

Seriously guys; he's absolutely right. In the game where the villagers won yesterday, as soon as pudley, myself and Jonsan were dead his whole voice changed to try to manipulate weaker players. The villagers won that game IMO mostly because CalmRising underestimated Qbawler311, MEBenhoe and wheeler.

I wasn't talking about the end He played the wolf undercover well then, I meant in the early rounds. People need to look at the whole of it and not just what happens after the good guys get toasted. I guess that was my point really.

I don't think you're the target of tiger's wrath here. I think you played it really well.

And I'm not at all upset about mark12345 faking afk, this is a strategy that the village can and should counter.

I had terrible luck as seer. I chose tigerite the first night, then stat boy, the jonsan, and finally wheeler. Being seer means toeing a strange line. I wanted votes on me every round, just not enough to lynch me.

Unfortunately for the end game I only had one confirmed villager, Jonsan. I had noticed that strategy had changed recently. Wolves were voting off the unknown players and leaving the regulars to suspect each other because they were still around. I thought I could get away with getting information on some of the more regular players.

I was wrong. GG all, nice game wolves.

As an end note. I just don't enjoy playing with habitually silent players. It really sucks. If you know you are leaving early, or if you don't plan to post, then why play?

Okay, I was just finishing up reading the long thread where our angel died and I saw this piling on.

1) As mod of this game, I defy anyone to find a day when Mark didn't post. He posted every day. I think he even voted every day except 1. Mostly he had short multiple posts in a day. He also had some VERY SUSPICIOUS vote changes, if anyone looked for them.

2) Flying below the radar is an acceptable strategy and certainly one that is easy to counter.

3) His name was listed in every vote count and every morning. If the players forgot about him, well, they have only themselves to blame.

4) He was very active in the behind the scenes discussions. He, JWH, and CalmRising played an excellent game. I am disappointed that Tiger inadvertently started a bandwagon where it is being implied that they played anything other than a great game. CR should be an all-star for generaling the wolf army, especially with a brand-new, never played WW before wolf.

5) For crying out loud, we're a bunch of freaking poker players! If you can't adjust your play to the players in the game, wth are you doing here?
