Rant:

Professors with poor english skills can be really annoying, especially when trying to explain something to them. We had a test just now where one of the MC questions didnt have the right answer. We will never be able to explain that to him.

How hard was it to get customer support to start the repair process up? I loaned my 360 to my brother, because my roommate has one already and I wasn't playing on it. Long story short something went wrong with the control arm for the laser and now it digs into all the games.

According to my brother he has sent multiple requests to get a box and order ticket from xbox's customer service and he can't get a response.

It was fairly easy. You say "sent"? He should call them up, 1-800-4MY-XBOX. He may have a more difficult time than me cause I got the "three red lights" problem, which is basically an automatic console repair (they told me on the phone they didn't even repair it but sent me a new one), but IIRC Microsoft bumped up the warranty for 1yr on consoles (which would include your buddy's problem) and 3yrs for the three red lights problem.
