passed a milestone this last weekend,
50k hands of 5/10+ played since moving down to 1/2 in May and rebuilding my shattered roll and confidence

I'd like to thank my summer job for giving me jack [censored] to do and letting me browse 2p2 all day. I probably racked up a good 2k posts from my desk between minesweeper games and it def greatly improved my play

and of course a big thanks to all of you guys, esp the ones I bug on AIM [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Ive taken a week off poker this week (besides this sunday where I ran hot in a really really soft live 20/40 game, +1700$)..
Going to reflect on life, do a bunch of chores and just take a breather from this overall terrible run of cards since august.

My life is starting to lose discipline, and ive stopped seeing things as work.. It's very likely been effecting my poker game, so im going to restructure a few things.

1) Move down to 5/10 temporarily until I win 3k$ to boost my confidence up and pad up my bankroll a tiny bit.

2) I Applied for a few 4 hour a week volunteer positions to gain some structure and give back a bit to the community.

3) Im going to Write/Submit a couple articles for the 2+2 magazine on shorthanded limit
(content is on the value of backdoor draws and pure bluffing in blind defense situations).

Yourface, congrats on the run.. Ill be up in kingston this weekend for homecoming, to drink myself stupid and reunite with old friends.

it's pretty gross how they have homecoming right before midterms, I have a ton of work to get done this week because I know the weekend is a write off
