i think i may have solved the Monster problem. if you MinimizeAll() before you send the table name it seems to work more reliably

Can you please give some details? What do you pick in the iWitness drop down box? Bad Beat Jackpot?

go to the loop in OpenTables() that opens the tables
put MinimizeAll() as the last line inside the loop

this seems to keep iwitness from getting stuck on the monster tables

Which Loop? There's like 8 in that function.

the one that opens the tables
it has the line:
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre> string = ########################Target didn't match table_name </pre><hr />

i put the MinimizeAll() after
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre> Else
Break </pre><hr />

For those that do not want to mine Monster tables, here is what I do.

*I preload Party
*Open favorites
*choose NL $100 as an example of the two or three I have made into favorites.
*filter to tables I want
*have top table highlighted in right window AND limit highlighted in left window
*Start Fhandgrabber
*start iWit

after it reads/loads all the tables (sometimes only 2 or 3 actually load) I will rehighlight as above and click the "refresh tables"

Seems to work for me anyway.

Now on to my question, actually a previous poster's question.

Any way to have it run in the background? It is frustration to be interrupted while doing some actuall work ... as I have to wait for the sequence of looking and loading to end in order to return to my work.

looks like we are going to have to find a new workaround for speed sit and gos because they all have the same name in the lobby "speed". If this has been addressed, can someone point me to the fix? Regulars still seem to work, but it will only open one speed at a time.

BTW, that MinimizeAll() fix didn't really work for me. It did somehow seem to have a slight effect, and let iWitness get a little further, openng up a couple more tables, but still was getting stuck on the monster tables most of the time.

Also, I don't want to minimize the tables; I want them cascaded so I can montor their looseness for table selection.
