Unless you can prove she had an accomplice she dumped to, I doubt it. Get all the records you can from the site, including confirmation of the password changes.

Only you know for sure if following through if there is little recourse is worth the money. Chalk it up to an expensive lesson on getting involved with gold diggers, and find yourself someone who deserves you.
