How is the play overrated? It's normal for a SS to grab a ball 1/2way between 1B and home and flip it to the catcher? NY won the game 1-0 and it would have been the tying run. They were also down 2-0 in a best of 5 series. I'm not trying to say Jeter is clutch and everything, but it was an important play.
