i actually agree that the scoring system is bad for one tourney. i dont think it did/will change anyone's tactics because of the stakes being played for, but i just think it should reward the very top % of finishes more than it does.

i agree, i think it woul dbe quite good if teams were deeper, like teams of 8 and top 4 scores count, or something.

Yeah, I was just curious as it kinda occurred to me mostly after the fact when it was close and a couple guys where near the end. They could basically just hang on and guarantee a win in the prop. I really like your idea of taking larger teams with the top few counting since I think it'd fit in with the strat better. Perhaps a composite of lasting longer + money would be an optimal solution. I think its pretty clear I have nothing better to do than muse over possible scoring systems for tourney prop betting. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
