k what kind of format are we talking? like 5-10 100 bb cash first to +10k? or like a few thousand hands? seems like to a # would work better so the winner can't coast at the end of a hand quota.

or like best of 7 or 9 300bb like the hsnl tournament? i'm down with that too

almost certainly the latter format, although i think its fair to let whoever you're playing get in on the decision as well, and all bets obv dependant on players agreeing to play and seeing the list etc...

hey aejones offer to crossbook % of action at turning stone tourney series still stands

[/ QUOTE ]

what does this mean?

[/ QUOTE ]
it's like the opposite of swapping %s. loser pays winner X% of difference in cashes for the series. for example if we crossbook 10% and i cash for 25k and you cash for 5k then you owe me 2k.

He's also up quite a bit from grinding hu sngs over a 2200 sample size. Clearly variance at work again - for smart guys you sure are quick to jump to stupid conclusions. Exactly how large of a sample size do you think is significant?

yea i might do that, i dunno it would get ridiculous for first tho and i heard you run hot at t stone. doesn't go for some of the small events i don't play right? i assume only ones we both enter, i'm not rly srue what i'm gonna play when i'm there. also i assume you mean me and you and not me and llilholdem right

honestly, i want to seperate myself from jeffery dahmer here too. i'm not here saying what he's saying. i'm saying he's probably a winning tournament player, but still doesn't play too good, and has run hot obv.

for cash games, we look at 500k to 1m hands.

for tournaments and sngs, since they are less deep obv and more coinflips and less spots even to win without showdown, the sample size we're looking at would be much. much, much more.

I believe in sngs you are approaching something very near significant after 2200 games (maybe not in this case since he has jumped buy ins a bit). 2200 hu sngs is probably > 100k hands also.

edit: also what i mean by significant is that it is incredibly unlikely a product of luck.

Also with the 500k-1 million hands regarding cash game play. I've never heard of a consistent winner losing over 200k hands. But this is clearly not my area of expertise as I am a donkament player who will never play a sample size large enough to know my true roi or anything close to it.
