I agree with Ace. I would not pay per month, even though it does look excellent

Dotbum, thanks for the additional info on the shut down issue. We just released an update with some modifications so it does not interfere with the software shutdown. Let me know if this helps and the problem is no longer an issue. Pokers pro support is very responsive so please make sure you have the correct email address and contact them again.

We have seen that the benefits of using smart buddy will pay for a 2 year subscription in one day. The rest of the 729 days will be free. The extra 50k you make with the product is worth the price. So just buy it for $79 and don’t worry about paying per month.

Got this error after installing your latest update. Was trying to add a player at the time.

Hi, thanks for sorting out the license issue. I did a quick test last night and was still getting the shutdown bug, I may need to do a clean install to test fully? Will try this later on.

I noticed when you emailed me back that I had emailed from a different address, though I included my license #, maybe that caused a problem. I emailed support@pokerprolabs.com.

I've been having trouble with the software, and have been in contact with support over the past 24 hours. I finally nailed down what the program was doing.

Let's say buddy #1 is on tables A, B, C, and D. SB is only listing that buddy on tables A, B & C but not table D. When the software updates, it lists that buddy on table D, but not tables A, B & C. The next time it updates, it reverses again, so that I never have a complete picture of which buddies are sittng where.

Also, the software seems to update the status of my buddies about twice as often, but this could just be me noticing the updates more often, since the list changes *every* time the software updates.

Like I said, I'm already in contact with support - but if anybody else is having the same problem, I'm sure they'd appreciate hearing about it.

While I'm at it, some feature requests.

- With the addition of tournaments, my lists are severly cluttered. A way (preferably several customizable ways) to sort and display the list would be very welcome.

- The ability to drag and drop multiples with ctrl-click, or to select a group of buddies with shift-click. On a related note, I should be able to drop a buddy from one list anywhere in another list, without having to drop it in the header of the list. If I'm redoing my lists, it's a pain to have to try to get to the top of a long list.

- Small bug. When adding a new buddy while the software is updating I get an error message, but the buddy is still added.

Great program! Looking foward to improvements!

I'm getting this error frequently in addition to other crashes. Plus buddies drop off the list, reappear, then drop off again. Can I have the previous update, plz?

Where is iPoker on the todo list? How soon can we realistically expect it?

Looking to make a move.

Good news - latest version fixed the shutdown issue.

Bad news - It won't remember my password anymore and has forgotten all my buddies (~500), I had a quick look in "C:\Documents and Settings\me\Local Settings\Application Data\Poker Pro Labs\Smart Buddy" and config.xml is blank (even after I save password) and a bunch of empty folders 1.0.0.0-1.0.20.0 that kind of look like they should have config.xml backups in them. Please tell me this isn't what it looks like?
