I signed up for this on the first day it was offered, 2/20.

Still no card.

Same here, but I think it said 12-14 business days, and today is day 10.

About the same situation here. I called their customer service today to check on it. I did not have to wait long to talk to someone (prob about 4-6 minutes on hold - not too bad). The bad news is that the person I spoke with didn't really help me much at all. Although my number is active and I have $ on the card right now, she was unable to tell me if or when the physical card has been mailed out to me yet. She re-iterated that normal time for delivery is about 7-14 days, and that (given the time I told her I signed up) I should receive mine later this week.

sorry if this has been addressed, for those using this. When you withdraw from PS to your card, does it show up on your card instantly or how long does it take? Basically how fast can I turn money on PS to cash in my hands when and if I get this card?

It can take up to 72 hours for it to clear to your card.

If I recall the original deposit amount was credited back instantly but I took out about $3100 more and that took only 24 hours.

Still waiting for the physical card also

I'm disappointed with this option. I finally got the option to sign up, registered, and now I keep getting the message that loading is not an option for this card. I've contacted customer service to try to figure it out but I've had no responses from Trupay regarding my emails. I applaud PS for trying to offer something new but I can't handle anymore disappointments.

It took 2 days for them to get back to me for the same problem, then one day to fix it.

They must be rolling this out further. I just noticed the option to sign up for it, and I can't imagine my lifetime FPPs is that high.

Is there a quick link to the actual fee schedule for this? I haven't decided if I want to sign up for this. I don't need to deposit, and I'm not looking to withdraw anytime soon, unless I win a WSOP seat. (Which won't be anytime soon!)

Has anyone received this card yet? If feels like I have been waiting for ages.
