Take the top 2 players from each group and have an 8 player 5/3/2 payout SNG for the $5000
(you could maybe make it more fun by making it a 9 man and selecting the 9th player randomly from the pool of all players who participated in the promo)

$2 SNG players prolly have a better chance to beat high stakes SNGers in a HU match than in a 9 man SNG IMO
