i think everyone who hasnt voted needs to vote themselves or someone else besides me ... this way all 14 votes get locked after 24 hours with 10 on me and we move to next task

they dont have to per se, but as long as they vote their vote gets locked in in 24 hours and we dont have to worry about the mole voting me at the 11th hour or something

so basically it gives us peace of mind
