Herbie, do you react the same way and nitpick at me if that stray vote was on someone else and not you? I don't think so.

and by stray vote I mean my vote switch at the very begining of the game that caused Herbie to go off on me.

[/ QUOTE ]
I would like to think that I would but I don't know - it's a lot easier to know your intentions when you single me out than somebody else because they could actually be a wolf. The way you have reacted to this whole thing has made me very confident that I am right though.

ok village i have a serious plan, then i will shut up for a while for real.

I will be the self-appointed 'Mouth of Men'.

Basically i will not bother with the actual thread and gameplay and such, and instead speak on villages behalf with wdcbooks in the thread.

I will be officially responsible for all back and forth trash talk.

Herbie,

What kind of response were you expecting? You accused my vote of being baseless so I gave my reasoning. When you responded ferociously, I become even more convinced you were evil. The fact that you persist even though I've given a perfectly good reason, which is much more than I need for an early vote mind you, makes me think you're just too scared to do a 180 here.

In other news, a closer eye will be kept on these guys:

LuckayLuck
MarkK
JackBando

I think it's more likely that a wolf would feel pressure to respond to the Mouth of Sauron early in order to appear distanced from him, where as a villager is more likely to just ignore him.

People I will not vote for today:

GT1T
FCBL
Luckay
FMXDA
FortFun
VR

Herbie's list this morning is even wolfy. Skoob? Really?

I kind of want to find another good viable candidate today as well though, and not just focus on Herbie.

Let's talk more about DMK. He was active early, and then has just been voting for random people since. What's up with this sir?

This resonates with me.

I don't think it necessarily applies to Eskimo though...and possibly not LuckayLuck.

Esk is going to mouthy regardless of his role.

I can read dmk, usually by day 3. What's the big deal? Why are people jumping on me for mentioning this?

[/ QUOTE ]

Because Zurvan, you're like my mason in bringing down the the player read-based/metagame regime and then you start out with that.

These are the first four posts GT1T makes day 1 - 1 a random vote joke post, two talking about why he thinks Zurvan might be evil, then one voting for me

And then his reason is that I was trying to sound villagery (Which he only bothers to give it at all after I pressed him). This isn't someone random person who brags about how great their great day 1 reads are - this is someone who talks about how much good logic and reasoning is necessary for the village to win ALL THE TIME. Then he claims I am nitpicking him and doesn't really contribute anything further other than

"Herbie is evilsauce - bank it"

Herbie,

That makes no sense. By your logic, GT can't post/vote on D1 because he doesn't have "rocksolid" reads (i.e. he doesn't have huge-ego reads) on someone in the first 4 hours?
