^^yea, pedro is the one guy i can't rag on, this guy plays to win, and despite the age, still gets the job done, which can't be said for the pen or 0-2nd half reyes and others

Jordan, you are right. I'm tired of being angry, depressed, annoyed, etc. That gets old real fast. We aren't Phillies fans. The season isn't over yet.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

i'm trying not to look ahead and correct me if i'm wrong, but IF there is a tie, the extra game is played on monday right?? i'm guessing they try to bring pedro back on short rest??

They would have no other choice. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the box list Pedro, Perez, Duque, Heilman, Wagner that day. Or something like that. Everyone would be available.

I would go to Duque.

As gutsy as he has been, I can't see Pedro being very effective on short rest after he's needed an extra day every time around up utnil now.

I can't blame people for feeling like it's over. I just can't listen and look at it. I am on nearly full media blackout, especially WFAN, which I normally listen to throughout the day at work. I cannot take listening right now.

I am still debating my weekend plans as well -- out of town (in PA, oh the irony) for the weekend, and I haven't yet decided if I will tote my blackberry around for continual updates, or if I will go on full blackout mode until Sunday at 4 when I will check for the aftermath.

Probably the first option, because I just don't have the discipline for the 2nd.
