be careful bud. i now have two friends from law school who formed serious dependency issues with the drug, one of whom had to withdraw so that she could go to rehab. it is a [censored] amazing drug but i think it can sneak up on you in terms of becoming addicted (particularly because it's a drug whose addictive effects you justify to yourself because of how much more productive its making you, etc).

I'm aware. I've done it maybe 10 times in the last year and I see the potential issue. It makes you incredibly productive in both learning things (in my case Spanish/Italian) as well as making you concentrate harder on work (poker). The days I've been on Adderall have been some of the most productive days of my life. Still, it's a drug and becoming dependent on it to learn/work would be a huge crutch.

Somewhat conflicted because they give that [censored] to 10 year olds for them to take every day, so how bad can it be? Still, even if I could find a decent supply, I'd hope I could control it and only take it once every few weeks when I'm feeling out of it as far as poker goes.

Ive had the greatest study sessions of my life on adderall. But yea, its obv not good to do it very often.

Anytime i took it, it [censored] up my sleep cycle for a few days and i very rarely ate anything when i used it.

Also, make sure you drink lots of water while you take it.

And don't take it 2 days in a row.
