Seventh looks okay but I'm getting a big time Guys and Dolls/40's greaser vibe. I like the shirt though. I tend to think a plain tie compliments a busy shirt and vice versa, and don't like a busy shirt with a busy tie much. But my fashion tastes aren't that well developed -- some people can make those combinations work. But I bet more people by far think they can do that right than actually can. And I really mean -- by far.

I'll add when you're doing busy & busy for shirt and tie combinations the patterns are subdued when paired with a sportcoat.

The pairings imo are not good.

Handling the boobs better is nice, and I'm surprised Katie didn't mention that as a "you guys" kind of thing previously, though she did imply it somewhat.

What? This is a really funny quote.

I don't think that's the whole of it, though. It's also the horrible blah colors of a lot of them, and also the complete shapelessness of them. I don't really think showing more boob would make the truly ugly ones less ugly. They might just make you say, "nice boobs in a fugly blouse." Everyone likes boobs, but a fugly blouse is still fugly.

Put at least a little color in some of those fuglies so you step away from the corpse pallete, and they would be much prettier, boobage or not.

[/ QUOTE ]

OH MY GOD. You think I dress like a fugly, dead matron.
Is it my fault I like muted shades and pukey-ass colors? What can I say.

Here's one of my favorite dull colors -

Katy,

That lavender top is pretty cute. There's also something to be said about how this shirt deals w/ her boobs, too . Blarg is harder on muted colors than I am, I suppose. It's not all that form fitting, but at least it's not trying to be actively concealing. It fits around her abdomen like a standard t-shirt. That's about where I draw the line. If the shirt is trying to be even more concealing and formless than a t-shirt, then it probably looks terrible.

Muted and pukey aren't the same. I don't mind muted. Though if you wore nothing else, it would be pretty drab.

That top is 10x sexier than some of the other ones you showed. Much more skin, sexy around the boobx, etc. Less pukey, even looks less long.

I don't get this, and don't find it particularly attractive.
