I don't have any sympathy for any pros that b*tch about the structure. They knew about it before hand and besides most of them probably had some or all of their buy in covered by a sponsor. [/ QUOTE ] Jesus what is it with people having a problem with the pros being sponsored? Ok we get it you are jealous of them. Lets move on and stop making it an issue. |

Allen Kessler just walked by as the dinner break started, and said "If you have the average stack in front of you right now, you can play exactly 2 pots. Right now its a total crap shoot." LOL [/ QUOTE ] Cardplayer removed this update. Anyone have a guess as to why? |

[ QUOTE ] Why don't they add 7-2 triple draw? Seems like a more current game than razz. [/ QUOTE ] No good acronyms? [/ QUOTE ] The game of choice seems to be TORSE, drop Hold'em, include Razz. For those who don't know, Razz is a popular game with true triple draw fans. We tend to like any lowball games I guess PS: If they add a TD game on the card next year you know for sure that I'll be in it. PPS: Its interesting to note that there were no requests for HORSE rotation in the side games yet there were two Badugi/Triple Draw games going on some nights, usually at the 100/200 and 200/400 limits. Sometimes the rotation includes Omaha 8/b (BOT). TT [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] |

Of course, Kessler could've been making an observation so my comments aren't necessarily directed towards him. |

Re: \"Official\" WSOP Event #20: $50,000 H.O.R.S.E.

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Wrong. Card counting is explicitly stated as being against the house rules (where applicable). Therefore, by card counting you are cheating. [/ QUOTE ] In short, there's a house rule against thinking, and anyone who thinks at the table is cheating. [/ QUOTE ] More or less, yes. You got it exactly right. [/ QUOTE ] You will not find a single casino that says counting cards is agaunst the rules, nor will you find one that officially calls card counting cheating. Anyone "found" counting cards is not arrested. People are removed from the game for counting cards and barred on the "we reserve the right to refuse service" principle. I'm constatnly amazed that such ignorance still exists about card counting, ESPECIALLY on a gambling forum by someone who posts as much as you do.... |

LOL [/ QUOTE ] At the time he said that, according to CP he was at $50K. That was not the average stack by any means. More like $130K at that point in time. NCAces |
