awesome...ok, that worked. Now...any way to get it to close the SNG tables when they are finished? It never makes it past the first set.

Roland said earlier in the thread that he fixed it. I've never tried mining SNG's.

Do any script guru's know how this script decides that it's going to wander down the Party list and pick 'Sit & Go's' then '1-Table'?

I've studied it for the last few hours and it becomes more chinese the more I look at it.

I occasionaly like to play the mini steps and I'm trying to work out how to make it load them instead of normal SnG's.

I'm not having a problem with minimizing (since I don't mine while I play) but I do have a problem with the tables constantly popping up while mining. Usually it's because my wife wants to use the computer and the popping up tables drive her nuts, which of course in turn drives me nuts.

Also, could someone just give me an idea of where the script begins on the overcards page? I've tried it a couple different ways and it always comes up with an error message. Right now I just have the script in the first post in this thread, which works fine but doesn't give me the pop up box in case I ever want to do 6 handed games.

Everything in the shaded box. ;'s are ignored by the script.

I saved it to a new text document and renamed it to iwitness.ahk

You'll have to untick 'Hide extensions for known file types' in Control Panel, Folder Options or else you won't be able to change the .txt to .ahk , Windows will hide the extension.

You are right, I went back through all of his posts (that took forever), and found the ones where this was discussed...and where he apparently fixed it. I wonder why it isn't working for me. Makes the tool practically useless (for me anyway), if I have to keep manually closing the finished tables.

The reason the tweakui setting for preventing stealing focus doesn't work is because it sets a registry entry and AutoHotKeys UNsets this registry entry whenever it starts up.

I'm trying to find a solution to this problem, or figure out how to setup to build a version of AutoHotKeys that does not do this (I haven't really done any windows development before and have no great desire to, so this may not happen for a while)

If I find a solution I will post it here.

I went to their website and asked on the forums there..and the person didn't seem to know anything. Apparently none of them play SNGs, so they don't seem to know anything regarding them. Unfortunate.

First, thanks to everyone who takes the time to make such awesome programs.

My issue is this--IWitness can't navigate to where it needs to be. I get some version of this log when I press "go":

-----------------------

10:34 PM Sunday, July 16, 2006
C:\Documents and Settings\P\Desktop
1.0.44.07
WIN_XP
iWitness v2.16
compiled:
max_tables = 10
.ini exists.
Safe mode: Yes
TableMode: Normal
Party's already open.

PartyGaming Version
Build Number: 94/96
Build Date: Jun 3 2006.

OpenTables started.
-1 total rules.
tables_to_open = 10
actually_open: 0
Trying to navigate to No-Limit Hold'em.
Couldn't navigate to game_type
OpenTables finished.

iWitness exits (that's me exiting the program, not it exiting by itself)

------------

I have no idea what the problem is, and could really use some help. I've got the latest AHK. I also have TweakUI and have checked the X-Mouse button.

Thanks!

Just downloaded iWitness. After I set my group parameters (limit 5/10 min players: 3 max tables: 10 min avg pot: $1 6max) and add the group and the hit "Go," it opens zero or one table. it makes a little ding, scrolls through the lobby, and then just minimizes. What's going on?
