Very nice changes.

Unfortunately, this comes right after I've found out that certain people are being offered a $1000 reload bonus, while those of us that have been playing at Stars are apparently not eligible for it. This goes a long way toward eroding my belief that you guys wanted to reward your loyal customers. One of the reasons I began moving most of my play away from Party this year was because of their bonus system which encouraged everyone to play at their site as little as possible in order to get the best value from the VIP offers. I am very disappointed that Stars is headed in the same direction. I have no incentive to play full time at Stars if I can instead play elsewhere (with 28-100% rakeback) and then come back just to clear huge bonus offers that are only available to the players who are not supporting your site.

Ditto this.

The new FPPs are great. I'm disappointed by the selective bonus. The email I received back from support when I asked about it implied that there will be other bonus offers ("we are experimenting with a variety of incentives... you were not eligible for this one"). I hope that this is the case. It appears there are a lot of high volume players who did not receive this bonus offer.

Also, if there's big supernova promotion coming, pls wait like two weeks.

A couple other suggestions:

A larger buyin ($215 or $320) deepstack tournament once a week.

A $100/90 or $100/45

A buddy list feature.

Ditto what others said about speeding up the deal.

How did you decide that these players won't clear it?

Lee,

More scheduled $50-$200 MTT's. Heavy to the $100's.

Party ran $100 every threee hours or so and it was awesome.

The one that ran at 7:00pm EST would get 700-1000 people daily.

Do not make them 90 player SnG's as they won't fill.

If you schedule it them will come.

Your current regular schedule of NLHE freezeouts with buy ins of $50+ is terrible. There is a large tourney player pool looking for a home right now and you are doing nothing to get them and their rake.

Regards,
Woodguy

It's funny that they'd be so damn stingy with these reloads.

I play 30k hands a month on absolute, and i was considering moving to stars for the mid stakes before i knew about the bonus. But knowing that it exists and im not getting it makes me want to sign up elsewhere (full tilt) on principle.

Lee please change the payout structure for the million guaranteed for the one played today there are 6500 people and 900 people pay out very few multis pay out that high a percent of people and the biggest online multi should follow this. Most people would rather make a good return then break even more often. Please look into changing this.

Default How about IGM Pay???

As bad as party was the IGM cash out option was very convenient.

Any reason Stars why you don't offer this?

Lovely stuff with the speed and 6-max VPP's. Really was the two major issues for me.

I can see why some of you are pissed off at the selective bonuses, but it's still a positive. More bonuses are always great. More money into the pokereconomy. Money that eventually will end up in some of you guys pockets.

PartyGaming owns IGMpay. The IGM stands for IGlobalMedia.
