Not only have I not got my money from 10/15 yet, they haven't even replied to any of my emails about it. I called in once and waited for 30 minutes before my cell phone cut off the call.
Somebody let me know if they get any results from calling in. |

Also, my bank deposit finally cleared yesterday, 3 days after it was supposed to (weekend included). Not sure if that was related. I was able to make deposits to FTP and Stars the same day it cleared. |

I cashed out $300 on the Oct 15th and another $300 on the 16th. On Oct. 18th I received one withdrawal, but I never ended up receiving anymore. So I messaged them asking what happened to my cashout from the 16th. Finally today, I received a message back.
"We have contacted our processor and they have informed us that the ACH withdrawal was in fact successfully processed. The funds have been deposited into your checking account. May we suggest that you contact your bank and speak with a representative. The following is the trace numbers for the ACH withdrawal: Trace/Tracking Numbers: ###### When you speak with a bank representative ask them to locate the funds using the trace numbers. **If you are referring to the ACH withdrawal initiated on October 15, the funds will post to your checking account no later than November 16 after 5pm/PST. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us" Now let me translate that.... "You are wrong, we did in fact give you your money from the 16th. Please check with your bank because that money is definitely there. Oh by the way, if you meant the money from the 15th, OUR BAD, that is a month late and should be there soon. HEE HEE" |

They say 7-10 days to "resolve" but don't say what that means (it should meaning shipping my money!). Sigh. |

Finally got something regarding my support ticket I received over the phone.
Received: Nov 16, 2007 1:47 PM PST Subject: Tracking Ticket # XXXXXX We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this might have caused you. We were experiencing an ACH processing error on October 14 and October 15 which affected the ACH withdrawal initiated on those dates. We apologize for the error however we are diligently working on resolving the issue. We assure you that the problem has been corrected and the funds from the ACH withdrawal will post to your checking account. The funds will post no later than November 28, 2007 after 5pm/PST.
