Chim, if you've won, then your power won't work on anyone else who's won.

Selling back powers lets people buy powers that are relevant in the near-end game, then sell them back to have powers for the top 2. That eliminates the tension of having to decide to plan for getting to the top 2 vs winning the top 2. No selling back powers, plz.
