I never got a double-bill on a deposit, and I think it was just 1 batch that got hit. I haven't tried to deposit for a few months, though, so maybe I was just lucky.

Also, Can a MOD please delete the payment processor information, that should not be on a public forum.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's a customer service number. If a customer service number shouldn't be public, than nothing should be public, imo.

But, if putting customer service contact information on the forum is against the rules, I apologize, and feel free to delete it.

Finally got my double-bill refund today. Can anybody confirm that they're no longer double-billing upon deposit?

[/ QUOTE ]

I am still waiting on my refund.

Things are improving. My cashout from 10/18 hit my bank today. Only 6 calendar days. Not bad! This is starting to look promising.

So far so good. I put a hundred in on 10/18 and it cleared my bank today, 10/24. I did not get double billed or charged a fee for the deposit. Others have reported on the cash out taking ~ 6 days now. Seems to be working good.

Has anyone tried depositing from an E-TRADE online bank account? I just opened one up, hoping I could use it for this. If not, still have a good APY =)

Yes, no processor details should be public on a forum.

In response to being double billed. All my transactions seemed to take some time. No worries the money was always there. The last of my transactions were completed early this week. Then checked my bank account and noticed they had taken 2 more withdrawls from my account. I emailed support and was told to forward my information to paymentservices@pokerstars.com. So yes they are still double and triple billing people. Watch your bank account. Waiting for stars to respond.
