no fighting training. Little karate years ago. I've been weight training on and off for 3 months, without interruption for only a month or so up till now. I'm definitely much healthier and stronger/in better shape than when the above picture was taken a few months ago

ima bring around thin sparring gloves so whenever these things happen we can have quick 3 1 minute round boxing matches. that way no1 gets really messed up and itll be fun to see who fights good.
