also, i don't know if this applies to any of you, but if you're the type to keep playing until you get unstuck or to keep riding your winning streak until you lose some if it back, your standard deviation will be understated by programs like statking if you're just recording per session results. writing down your chipcount every hour (or even better, every orbit) would give you a better estimate in that case.

Joker's numbers would translate into +/- 26 BB/100 SD, assuming 33 hands/hour.
That's pretty high for limit holdem (I often hear people mention 17BB-19BB SDs) but not too surprising for the rather reckless Commerce games. |
