Cool. Now where is this magical inflation adjusted 5%?

I don't think many of us will have 2mil in the bank when we're thirty, but a lot of people here are acting like it will be easy for them. Also, poker isn't that bad, I could probably do this for a long, long time if I was making only 15k a month.

zzzz we're not trying to split hairs, i.e. factoring inflation, whatever.. the point of the matter is that 2mm to sit on is doable to retire, but only if you are ok with a lifestyle it may dictate. It is very doable though.

I think many poker players are desensitized to money and don't really realize what having 2mm cash is. There are tons of people in the world that will never have that and are living very comfortable lives.

You want to be a total balla, obviosuly 2mm is not enough.. so you need to decide what lifestyle you want.
