Observations from today:

-Tons of terrible players
-They hit their 2-5 outer all day long
-They get rewarded for their horrible play
-This is my second losing day in 2 months. Might play later to turn it around

Also, I should have taken a bet with some dude on my 1/2 table who thinks he's made more money than me in the last 2 months and I'm up roughly $30k. If only there was a way to prove it.

at 200 i've done it in about 10

but they were open shoves and 8 buy ins

For some reason I think not tilting helps my game. When I ran bad before and hit a downswing I would get all tilty and start making bad plays to try to get back up. Now I can look fresh on things, see that it's just bad luck, and just keep playing my A game because I know my luck will turn around eventually. It just helps keep me grounded... more of a psychological thing than anything else.

for the record, that win total is missing about 6 buyins since pots i take down preflop are incorrectly tabulated as LOSSES for some reason.
