and everyone starts every round with same points (tho we could change this rule now if people want)

Considering the signup thread is locked that will be tricky.

I like the idea of 12-hour cycles. I would also make all point totals cumulative over all rounds (I think there's more strategy that way).

yeah as long as dead people keep voting that is fine.
although once you advance you cannot lose pts

so a lot of "winners" will have 9+ points

but yeah it could get interesting .. or could lead to the boat game where a bunch of people are at 3 pts ...

no wait then at 4 pm (and maybe 4 am if we impliment 12 hour days) we can vote again

i say leave it the way it is .. or go to 12 hour days ... but do not change anything else
