Why is the burden of proof on the proponents of a moderated forum? You are saying so forcefully that it won't work, you go ahead and prove that. If you don't like it, you don't have to use it.

Sorry for the confusion. People will be able to reply as of right now. I will listen to posters as to how they want to run this. But as of now posters will be able to reply but not create threads.
