Re: OT: Best laptop to get.

[ QUOTE ] I'm very happy with my Dell Inspiron 17" Wide Screen - which I use to drive my external high res monitor. I get 4 full tables on the monitor with no overlap, and 2 tables with very little overlap on the notebook. Inspiron Notebooks [/ QUOTE ] With the optional higher resolution screen, my 17" widescreen Dell (9300 model) fits 4 tables with no overlap and a little room left on the side. Be sure to add the optional high-res screen when you buy one. [/ QUOTE ] what's up with the 9400 and is their optional video card they advertise as an upgrage good enought to handle a 21 inch high resolution second monitor? |

Re: OT: Best laptop to get.
I just bought the most pimped out (literally, as good as you can get) E1705.
Thing is awesome. Something like 5-6 hours battery life. RIDICULOUS! BTW, I got it through school, so I ended up getting 40% off and have a 3 year at-home warranty with accidental damage also covered. Now if I could just run good again... |
