If you want to kiss their a.ss, just PM them. I don't think I'd be going out on much of a limb when I guess that Reese + Ivey >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>EL D + ZEEBO

I could live with being ranked 141 all time world ranking if that means being horrible.

True Ivey is much better at tournaments and I believe a better overall player but Reese is probably one of three players worth mentioning in the same breath as Ivey.

"in tournament that qualifies under IPR criterias"

I don't know what that means, but he has some more results on hendonmob: http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/play...?a=r&n=200

Btw, Daniel Negreanu asked the same question as the topicstarter on his forum:

Reese: the greatest player of all time
Ivey: probably going to eclipse him one day

from what i here all of the pros say... i agree with this. chip is supposed to be an absolute monster in cash games. doyle said that if he had to pick one player to play mixed games for the safety of his family... it would be chip reese. that is a mighty big statement

I remember a quote from DN's blog a year or two ago, when he first sat down in the Big Game. Something to the effect of, "They say that Chip Reese is the best player in the world, but he's actually a little better than that." It spoke volumes. Have to see if I can dig it up.

Ivey has all the TV time so Im sure people will say Ivey just because thats who they know better. Im not sure whos better though. Maybe Chip and Ivey will play in the GSN High Stakes Poker game on the second season. Would be cool to see their play.

Great question CrazyAce, although it's almost impossible to choose between players of this caliber. However, I have to go with Chip Reese, even though Phil Ivey is about my favorite player to watch. I've just heard too many top players call Chip Reese the best to not vote for him (although I obviously don't know for sure.)
